If your home is currently on the market, then you likely understand the importance of having a home that is show-ready. Fortunately, there are simple and quick solutions that YOU, as a homeowner, can do each morning that will ensure you leave the buyers with a great first-impression of your home.
Let's begin with a list of the items you'll need:
- Plastic bins (I recommend 3 or 4)
- Pre-moistened wipes (polish and glass cleaner)
- Laundry basket
Bedrooms:
- Make beds
- Place clothes in laundry basket
Bathrooms:
- Place items such as shampoo, conditioners, etc.. in plastic bins under your bathroom sink.
- Using pre-moistened wipes do a quick wipe down in the sink(s) and faucet (these too can be placed under the sink)
- Hang towels
- Ensure toilet seat lids are down.
