Home Staging for an Atlanta Investor - As a home stager in Atlanta, where all the testimonials on my site are in fact mine (smile), I've thoroughly enjoyed working with the Atlanta investors. While the process can be a little different, they are a joy to stage. 

This is an example of a home we staged last week.

Here's what the room looks like when the furniture has been delivered.  I typically have it placed in the "general" area. However, I've been known to make multiple changes to the layout. As any professional home stager will tell you, the furniture, accessories, layout, etc... are NOT about the homeowner. Instead, it's about the buyer.

Home Staging for Atlanta Investors

One of the Atlanta investors that I've had the good fortunate of working with for almost two years called me today to tell me that the home we staged just two weeks ago has multiple offers.  I thought he said "we have an offer." So of course my response was "Great.  An offer.  That's awesome."  He corrected me and said; "No. We have multiple offers."  Silly me.  

Just a quick, but important, side note. This investor understands the three most critical elements in selling homes.  

1) He prices them right.

2) He uses the best agent in that area and

3) He makes the home look beautiful inside and out. Okay, I provide the helping hand for the inside.

Here's the room as it appeared on the first day he had purchased it.  Yes, I was with him. As a home stager in Atlanta, I like to get in early in the process to help make some of the bigger decisions (wall color, flooring, window placement, etc.)

Home Staging Investment Properties in Atlanta

I've had the great pleasure of working with many investors throughout Atlanta and enjoy watching a home go from absolutely nothing to something beautiful in a matter of weeks. It's fun to be involved in these projects for a variety of reasons. Our company is asked to participate in some of the bigger decisions such as what walls (if any) need to come down; what type of flooring should be used, granite type, etc...
