Vacant Home Staging Before & After Pictures
As previously mentioned, I've started to create flyers for the agents to use in their marketing. I started with this new offering two weeks ago for a home I had staged in Atlanta. I've made it part of my overall service package at no additional charge and thus far, it's been a hit.

After Staging - Dining Room. The room with its' brand new color seems to have come to life.
Living Room - Before Staging: As you can see, the homeowner has beautiful drapes which will come with the home when sold.

I love the way the stairway overlooks the living room. What a beautiful room. I'm also curious if you have the flyers printed or do them yourself.

As for the flyers - I create them using Picnik and send them to the agent and homeowner via email. If the agent requests them in a PDF file (or any other format to make it easier for printing) I'll accommodate the request. Hope that helps.

The fireplace shot is particularly good...nice work. Turn the chandelier on next time...the more light you pull in the room, the better you can draw your exteriors "inside" (i.e. what's outside)

Great idea about the flyers. I was just finishing up this same idea for a real estate company on all the past stagings we did for them so that EACH AGENT can bring these flyers to their listing presentations which would be more convincing for the seller to proceed with staging.
