A Before & After Bedroom Transformation - Home Staging Marietta, GA
Okay, I admit it, I love to make my home staging clients squeal.
In this particular home staging, the homeowner clapped; the agent squealed and the agents' mom wants to fly me to Connecticut to decorate her home. And while pleasing my clients is always nice, the real objective behind home staging is to ensure the home appeals to the prospective buyers.
The opportunity to enhance the visual aspect of the home is exactly what home staging is about. And at HomeStagingAtlanta.com, we aim to do just that.
Here's an example of home we just finished last week. Here's the "before" picture of the master bedroom:

Now here's the same bedroom after being staged by Atlanta's premier home staging company:

as always...perfect!!!
Kathy ~ changing to dark wood furniture made this master bedroom seem much grander, along with larger-scale bedside lamps and great accessories. No wonder your clients were delighted!
The room is fabulous! Kathy, I love the bedding....
I'm with Maureen, the scale of the lamps had a dramatic effect, nice work!
What a great job, Kathy. I can imagine a homeowner who had decorated, as shown in the before photo, thinking their room looked acceptable, and it does. The problem is, it's not outstanding, as the after photo shows; and outstanding is what it takes to sell in today's market.
Very nice! The staged room looks and feels a lot more luxurious and inviting - absolutely necessary to draw the buyers in. It's also a lot more congruent with their existing draperies and the fireplace. Great job adding the "wow" factor they needed! =)
What a great transformation, you added value to that home!
Thanks, Jess Graves
Now that is a "master suite". Just beautiful Kathy! I am clapping for you too! :)
Awesome job Kathy! If I lived in Georgia you be my stager of choice.
Kathy, you put the 'master' in suite:-) Your selections (furniture, fabric and color) addressed what this room lacked and was exactly what it needed ~ The bedding gives this room the vibe all master bedrooms are suppose to have: luxury, warmth and a touch of femininity. The furniture gives the room a mascu-elegant look, which appeals to men because it balances the feminine touches (floral print of the bedding). The bedding compliments both the walls and existing curtains - you created a recipe for success!
Congrats ~
A+plus work Kathy, wonderful tranformation!
Kathy, as usual your work is impeccable. The scale, balance and choice of color in this room is wonderful.
Kathy: I agree with Maureen. The dark wood furniture really adds richness to the room. The room looks so inviting and charming. I can understand why the agent, the homeowner and her mother were so excited.
Did I see four different styles in ONE ROOM? So much more elegant and put together with your Staging. Beautiful job!
