Staging a Vacant Home in Atlanta
This morning, before I headed out to stage this newly constructed vacant home, I managed to post a teaser blog with before pictures. What I didn't tell anyone is that we were under a very tight deadline. I needed to have the home staged and ready for the agent by noon for her Tuesday Caravan.
We left at 8:30 and arrived at 9:30. We had 2 and a half hours to finish this home. Here's what we staged: Living room; kitchen, powder room, dining room, master bedroom and master bathroom.
So, did we manage to meet the deadline? You bet! We finished the staging by 11:00. I brought one assistant and together we made it happen. My company motto has always been that we make the process easy. Today, I proved it.

Hi, Bill. It does look different; doesn't it? The owners father was there as well that morning and kept saying it "looks fantastic." He was a sweet man and at one point, he went out to a flowering bush out back and picked me a flower. Awe.
