As a professional home stager, my advice to any and all investors is to budget for staging.  As you'll see in the "before" and "after" pictures, staging can truly make a difference.

In this "before" picture, you can see that they were nearing completion.  There were two items left for the investor to do; paint and the re-do the hardwood floors.  Two weeks later they were ready for us to stage the home.  See below for the "after" picture.

The home looks fantastic Kathy!  Wonderful staging and color choices.  We need to keep reminding the sellers about the importance of budgeting for home staging and your photos are such a good example.

Great job Kathy! I love it! You go girl. It's so much more dramatic to see the really rough before.  It's great for flippers knee deep in renos to visualize the "after".

As this buyers market wears on, more and more investors, builders and owners will recognize the economic sense that hiring a Professional Home Stager makes.  I mean, what are the odds of who gets asked to dance first:  the plain Jane, the pretty girl, or the really sexy one?  Same goes for houses.  It's human nature.  Great pictures Kathy.  You do such terrific work!
