The space looked very small without furniture but staged it looks so much bigger ... that will definitely help buyers see the potential in this room. Very welcoming, casual and elegant all that the same time. Nicely done.
No doubt that some out there take the approach that a glam shot translates into wishful thinking on the part of prospective clients that perhaps there will be more to the "relationship" than just buying or selling a house.
