Home Staging Atlanta Before and After Pictures of Living Rooms
The following living rooms all had several things in common:
- All are vacant
- They all lack visual appeal
- They left buyers confused and concerned
The Challenge: Long and narrow living room, when vacant, leaves the buyer wondering how to arrange their furniture.

The Home Staging Solution: The room was divided into two parts with a sitting area at one end and the sofa and armoire at the other. The addition of furniture and accessories warms up the space and provides the prospective buyer with an instant solution with how to arrange their own furniture.

The Challenge: A small living room. In addition, this is the room the potential buyers enter when seeing the home for the first time. When vacant, there's no great first impression.

The Home Staging Solution: Dressed to impress. The addition of art, rug, furniture, etc... created a first great impression and helped sell this home quickly.

The Challenge: A very small living room. Seated just off the kitchen, buyers weren't able to visualize how this space could accommodate their furniture.

The Home Staging Solution: With the addition of furniture and a layout that works well for this room, the room now appears visually larger.

The Challenge: Here we have an eat-in area and a living room combination. Buyers were struggling with how such little space could actually serve two purposes. Yes, that's me on the right side of the picture.

The Home Staging Solution: Buyers now see clearly how this room can function as both a living area and eat-in kitchen.

The Challenge: This contemporary loft with the cement flooring appears cold.

The Home Staging Solution: In keeping with the style of the home, we added solutions that truly show-case the space.

The Challenge: A beautiful home, yet the living area appears small.

The Home Staging Solution: By bringing in two chairs, sofa, end table, coffee table, we demonstrated to the buyers that the space could accommodate the "typical" amount of furniture the prospective buyer would be bringing into the home.

Beautiful work Kathy. I love how you make each room look bigger with furniture. Love the furniture as well. Thanks for sharing with us.
These beautiful rooms all demonstrate the power of staging! I love the color choices. Great job.
There's a lyricism to your work, Kathy. Even when you have boxy, chunky chairs, there's still a wonderfully fluid sense to each room. So impressed.
Can't pick a favorite. And why should I? I'll have them all!!!! Best, J xx
