Home Staging Atlanta - Before and After Pictures Bathrooms - Part III
In continuation in my series Home Staging Atlanta Before and After Pictures what's become obvious is that sellers face a variety of challenges when selling their homes. In this market, it's important to ensure the right kind of solutions are implemented that will help make a difference. The value in having your home professional staged is that home stagers see the challenge and create the solution to help sell the home more quickly. At HomeStagingAtlanta.com, we have the perfect solutions.
Here's a review of some of the challenges with bathrooms along with the home staging solution we implemented:
The Home Staging Solution: Beyond adding a few accessories, we recognized that there were a few renovations that would help the sellers get their asking price. The home staging solutions we recommended: change the countertop, change the faucets and light fixtures and add a frame to the mirror. The results - the home, on the market two years, was under contract in 2 weeks after staging. The Challenge: This guest bathroom, seldom used, ended up being a place to store extra items. The Home Staging Solution: As you can see, removing the items alone helped tremendously. In addition, the use of the white/cream accessories brought out a more polished look. The Challenge: Plain and boring; hardly making it a bathroom the buyers would emotionally connect to. The Home Staging Solution: We added just a few "select" pieces to help warm up the space.

Great work!
Wow Kathy,
Great job. All the bathrooms look beautiful. I especially like the first one where you changed the counters and framed the mirror, and walla, look what happened, it sold. Go figure!!! LOL. More sellers need to take the advice of a professional. It really works!!!
Kathy - You need to patent your system for it certainly seems to stimulate sales. Great work.
Very nice, Kathy! That first one is especially lovely. I had to check to make sure the second picture was of the same room. Beautiful!
I love staging bathrooms! These are great examples of the power of professional home staging. Beautiful job!
Beautiful Kathy. Love those bathrooms. Thanks for sharing your work.
Kathy ~ All of the bathrooms are dramatically better after your expert staging. Your suggestions for upgrades in the first one are perfect, and your tips for making bathrooms more stylish were good to read again.
Thanks, Li.
Chrissie - thanks for your kind words. Home staging can absolutely have a dramatic impact on how the home is viewed by the prospective buyers.
Hi, John. Thanks!
Laurie - the transformation in that first bathroom was huge! We did another bathroom (same type of renovations) and it was equally as dramatic.
Sharon - Me too!
Thanks, Lori & Maureen.
Kathy
Kathy, wow what an impact you made with your recommendations...the first one looks like a new bathroom, kudos to you!
Great pictures. It's hard to believe the first bathroom is the same one in the two pictures. Good work!
The all white bathrooms are always a challenge, I like the use of the white accessories.
Thanks for the great post! These are some tips I can use in my owm home!
