Atlanta Vacant Home Staging - Before & After Pictures Included
I almost labeled this post; "How to Add Warmth" to a room. It's simply amazing how bringing in a few chosen pieces of furniture and accessories can do for a room. As you can see the before and after pictures of our home staging below, the room took on a whole new persona after these items were added.
As for the before picture - one could possibly describe this room as plain and boring. It's also very likely that a prospective buyer, when visiting the home, would take one quick look and be done. As for the MLS listing photo - there's nothing too exciting about this room that would help drive them in.

As a professional home stager in Atlanta, I knew instantly what it would take to help evoke that emotional connection that helps sell homes. By design, we kept the style streamlined. This clean yet sophisticated look is what helps keep the buyer in the home longer. The longer they stay, the more they become engaged in the home.

As usual Kathy just an incredible transformation of the room. It is easy to see why you are good at what you do!
Thanks for sharing your information with us this morning on this home. Great success to you.
Love it Kathy, It's very soft and comfortable. Which is my favorite look!
Wow! What a difference! Love the sofa.
Excellent! It went from BORING (except for the beautiful floor) to warm and inviting. That ought to bring 'em in!
Ya done it again!
Your card is now right on my desk....to plan our coffee for next week. If we don't do this, it will just NEVER get done!
You made a huge difference in appeal all the way around!
Adding warmth is right. Spot on lady! BTW, that's the sofa that I've been looking for. Tight back models are hard to find. May I ask where you got it?
Kathy, Adding warmth makes the viewers feel at home. Your staging is beautiful and successful, as usual.
Thanks, Bill!! I appreciate your kind words!
Harry - great success to you as well.
Mine too, Michele! Thanks for commenting.
Wanda - I like that sofa and use it often in my home stagings.
Thanks, Laurie.
Hi, Thom - Let's make a date for Thursday as I'm booked solid Mon-Wed.
Thanks my dear staging friend, Karen.
Ginger - The name of the sofa is Bradford. It's extremely comfortable by the way and would make for a great sofa to laze around on.
Thanks, Leslie.
Kathy
You certainly did add warmth. I love the choices you made for this room. Great job!
Kathy, ALWAYS enjoy looking at your work. I too love that sofa, going to research and see if I can find one.
Just beautiful Kathy-what an amazing difference! I am packing and preparing now for a vacant staging-yourpost makes me excited.
This looks great, Kathy! I love the furniture you used and the area rug, which still shows those beautiful floors.
Hi Kathy, I love the clean looking pieces you choose to stage this room, it did bring warmth to a dull room!
Excellent furniture selection Kathy! Looks great!
