Atlanta Home Staging Company: How 5 Items Can Make a Difference

This Atlanta Home Staging Company, Georgia Interior Solutions, has the expertise and experience to help showcase your home and/or listing so that it stands out from the others on the market. With years of experience and a massive inventory designed to compliment any style home, we implement solutions that draw the buyer in and allow them to emotionally connect with the home.

How 5 Items Can Make a Difference

Preparing your home for the market doesn't have to be made difficult.  For some rooms, it can take as little as 5 items to make a significant difference.  Remember, the objective in home staging is to create a warm and enticing home that the prospective buyers can emotionally connect to.

Knowing what 5 items to use is key.  Using a professional home stager can certainly help as they're armed with the knowledge of what attracts the buyers eye.

Here's an example:

As you can see, this particular bathroom is rather bland.  As a prospective buyer, I'm likely to take a quick look and walk right back out.

The 5 items used:  Flower; candles; towels; shower curtain and floor rug (not pictured).

You can't go wrong with orchids.  I use them a lot.  Simple, elegant, colorful, and don't take up much room!  Nice job!

Kathy, great blog! For all those who think that staging must be expensive and involved, you condensed it down to a demonstration of the beauty of simplicity.

Thanks, Teresa.  That was a great compliment.

Beautiful job, Kathy.  Red is my favorite color, too...and it really does make a nice contrast with the counter tops.  And love your "signature" towel design!

Putting a little flair into drab rooms can really help reduce the marketing time of a property.  You did a very nice job with the bathroom!

Using red and black really make it pop too - I like the color combos here - very tasteful! The first photo looked cold and sterile almost institutional - the 2nd doesn't even look like the same place it made a huge difference warm and inviting - and that's in photos imagine what it looks like in person!

It's amazing how just 5 items changed the look so much - from sterile and vacant to elegant!
