Home Staging for Atlanta Investors
One of the Atlanta investors that I've had the good fortunate of working with for almost two years called me today to tell me that the home we staged just two weeks ago has multiple offers. I thought he said "we have an offer." So of course my response was "Great. An offer. That's awesome." He corrected me and said; "No. We have multiple offers." Silly me.
Just a quick, but important, side note. This investor understands the three most critical elements in selling homes.
1) He prices them right.
2) He uses the best agent in that area and
3) He makes the home look beautiful inside and out. Okay, I provide the helping hand for the inside.
Here's the room as it appeared on the first day he had purchased it. Yes, I was with him. As a home stager in Atlanta, I like to get in early in the process to help make some of the bigger decisions (wall color, flooring, window placement, etc.)

Here's how the room turned out after being professional home staged:

Kathy....indeed hard to believe that it's the same place! You do some awesome work.
I sent a referral from an agent in our office your way the other day!
Hope to see you again soon!
Good job Kathy!
Kathy - That's impressive! Sure wish you were in MD...
Removing the carpeting was so wise with the brick fireplace. The room looks so great staged-wonderful job Kathy!!
Kathy -- what a fabulous transformation you did! Your investor client is lucky to have found you and it sounds like you're a great team. I like his formula for success, and find that it works here too. Are you going to show us other rooms in this home? I bet they're equally stunning.
Kathy, beautiful job.
The furniture andaccessories you chose complement the flooring and the fireplace ... multiple offers WOW.
Kathy, what a horrific "before" picture! I can't believe it's the same place. The fireplace looked so sad and neglected before - now it looks proud and handsome.
Kathy - what a difference and what a wise investor to bring you in early in the process.
That is amazing. I love what you guys do. I am sooooo at a loss as to what I should be doing with our house. It's mostly empty. I need to go shopping for it because I spend most of my time in NY rather than FL (LOL). Poor hubby... ;-)
Wow, what a great transformation. Beautiful job.
What a difference the wood flooring makes! It really increases the value of the home. Nice work!
You have a great working relationship with your real estate investor, Kathy. He is lucky to have found you. What an amazing transformation! Both on the investor's end and yours.
Kathy,
Love that room transformation. Your investor is indeed lucky to have you on his team.
Gorgeous from yuk to Fantastic!
Great pictures and staging Kathy. Don't you just love the investment props and the words "multiple offers"? They go through the most amazing transformations. You really do see huge changes and quick sales.
What a dramatic difference in the before and after photos. Were those wood floors under the carpet all along?
