A couple of months ago, one of our Atlanta investors that we've been working with for the past 2 years called on us to see three homes he had recently purchased. Two months later, one is still under construction and is going thru some major renovations. The other we staged two weeks ago and received multiple contracts and is under contract. The third home is a home we staged today in Decatur, GA. As you'll see, the home was vacant and went thru a pretty dramatic change. It's going on the market today and the open house is planned for tomorrow. Thus far, we've done 8 homes together and the longest one on the market has been 2 weeks. I suspect this one will go super fast.

WOW....does not look like the same house. GREAT use of the open shelving to divide the Living/Dining space. The staging shows that a narrow space can/will work!!
