Atlanta Home Staging Testimonial
Last night, just prior to shutting down the computer, I received a message from a homeowner that the house we just home staged in Grant Park is now under contract. Suffice it to say, I went to bed happy. Little did I know, I'd wake up to other great news. Another home, one we home staged on March 29th in Atlanta, also went under contract.
Here's the testimonial I just received this morning:
After having our house on the market for eight months, we were thoroughly frustrated. Our agent suggested having the house professionally staged. After a great deal of research and talking with many people, we decided to call Kathy Nielsen. Here are the before and after pictures of their dining room so that you can understand why I made the comments I did when I first paid a visit to the home. As you can see, the furniture is lovely. However, it simply didn't match the demographics of the buyer for this particular home.

Kathy- what a great testament to you creativity. It would have been really easy to deal with the existing furniture, which was very nice, but as a professional you knew it didn't match the demographics of the potential buyers. You gave the dining room clean, open lines.
