Home Staging Atlanta - Project Heritage
"Project Heritage." It's what the sellers call their home that's been vacant and on the market for a while. Despite the new flooring they just laid, the sellers believed that they needed to make the home more "visually appealing." In addition, when left vacant, the room appeared much smaller.
Here are the before and after pictures of the living room. I emailed the after photos (as I always do) to the homeowners and they made the comment that it looks so enticing that they may want to move back in.

I too love the sofa and chair...so beautiful. Such an elegant look. The room does look bigger with the furniture...so hard for the buyer to see that when a home is vacant.
