Some may argue that having a $69K listing staged simply doesn't make sense. However, the Atlanta investor, who has used me on his last four homes, would argue that it makes sense at any price point. Three of the four listings have gone under contract in less than one week. He's banking on a quick sale and I'm confident he'll get it. Here's a close-up that I took earlier today in the room I staged as an office: Here are the before and after pictures of the living room: Home located in Marietta, Georgia and was professionally staged by Kathy Nielsen. Great work Kathy ... The pictures look fantastic!
Beautiful work Kathy. We staged a small home and made it look sooo nice it sold fast!!
Every listing is worth staging to some extent.

Kathy: You are the master at staging homes appropriately for their price point. You made the home look lovely without going over the top. Great job!
Kathy ~ cute, cute, cute!! I love the close up shot and the staging of the living room area. Clean and crisp and just right! So to answer the question in the title of your post, "Yes, IF the professional home stager happens to be the talented Kathy Nielsen of Atlanta!"
Kathy- have to echo what everyone else has said, I do love your work. Regardless of price, it IS someone's current and future home. Staging, done with the right professional home stager, like yourself, can benefit any pricepoint!
Your photos demonstrate that staging is not only for high end homes. Your professional staging eye has showcased the family room beautifully. You have created a room in which potential buyers will want to spend time in.
Kathy - YES,staging is very practicable for homes at $69 K. Homes at that price range seem to be in the majority these days for many areas. The homes that are staged will move faster and for more $ than home with the same price tag and not staged.
Your staging and photos are beautiful.
That's interesting, Kathy because I would say that is the ExACT price point you need staging efforts! You do an amazing job and the difference in those pics above for the living room are the testimony!
Kathy, the furniture and accessories you chose have a warmth and richness.
First impression is BIG and I would think this home is worth a lot more than $69K. Potential buyers will be surprised at what they see inside this home and I would bet it won't take long and the owners will have full asking.
Please let us know the outcome.
Kathy to me all homes deserve to be staged. You made all the difference!
It seems to me that making a house look like a home would be worth it. Even if they had to borrow furniture and artwork etc. from family and friends as there was no budget it would be worth it. Always a good idea to have a professional stager on board to give you a game plan to make it all come together on whatever budget there is to work with. They know where to spend the time and money for the most pay back. Great work.
Staging a home to have a quick sale is advantageous at any level. You have taken this house and made it a home. Great job and lovely photos.
Yes, yes, yes. I've staged in a mobile home park before. Staging is just another way of saying preparation and presentation and all homes for sale need both.
I would never look at the finished living room and think it was a $70,000 house! Great job! I staged a house that was less than 800 sq.ft. and we really brighten and opend up the place. The feed back was great.
Great before and after Kathy! It's truly about helping the buyer envision his/her self in the home. I also love how you brought attention to the fireplace with your placement of the furniture!
