I was a busy bee this morning with staging this home for an Atlanta investor. I'm pleased to say that all went well. The investor met me at the house as I was taking pictures. She loves how the home came out. So do I (smile).

As usual, a beautiful job! I wasn't too crazy about the tile on the wall in the "before" pic of the kitchen, but after the accessories were added...I really love it!

"Eliminates the guesswork" - that's right! I really don't understand why so many realtors think it's OK to have all these photos of empty, undefined rooms on the MLS...Julie
