A couple of years ago, I had the distinct pleasure of home staging this home in Atlanta, Georgia. I remember the agent calling me only a few weeks later with the good news that the home was under contract. We were all pleased.
Fast forward two years.... the owners received confirmation that they would be moving to California for a job transfer. They were so impressed with how the home looked when they made the purchase that they wanted the same home stager (me) to stage the home.
I suppose this was bound to happen as I've been professionally staging homes throughout Atlanta for almost 5 years. And for those that may be wondering if it's a new agent or not - they are using the same one who originally listed two years ago.
Here's the home as it appeared two years ago when I first staged it.

Here's how it looks now, after the 2nd staging. Please note that the following is NOT a picture I had taken. After having staged the home, the owners were having cleaning people brought in to do a thorough cleaning. I'll be back this week to take my own photos and will post a few other rooms.

I recently got the RESA report to use with a listing...great statistics for promoting staging...and you have done that by example.
That's great Kathy! Looks good no matter which way you look at it!
Congrats, hope it's a quick sale also.
Looks good. Nice listing. I work referrals. If you ar interested let me know.
Kathy - Because of your personality, professionalism, and excellent staging you will always be the first thought someone has when getting ready to sell in the Atlanta area. Great testimony of you and your work.
Kudos, Kathy; you're the "go-to" girl! Julie
Great pictures -- shows the difference that staging can make!
Kathy -- Congrats on being hired again by those smart sellers. I like both versions but see some subtle differences in the second staging, which is my favorite. (I just re-staged a house too after staging it 2 years ago, and you've given me an idea here :-)
Kathy - what an amazing story. Same house, same realtors as two years ago. I love the way the kitchen looked then, and I love the way the kitchen looks now!
Congratulations Kathy on getting the repeat business. That is truly a testament to your skills and presentation. It must have been fun to have the chance to re-stage this house... I know I always think of ways to improve or tweak afterwards!
Great story Kathy-no surprise you were called to stage again. Congrats!! Both look fab!
That is one smart seller...they used the power team that got the job done successfully the first time!
Hi Kathy, congrats, wishing for a quick sale for this one as well. As always it looks great!!!
That's great post! Beautiful pictures too! Good luck!
Happy 4th of July,
Adam
That is quite a complement to be invited back to stage the same home
a second time. Did you dejavu? Beautiful job, I enjoyed looking at your before and after photos.
