How lucky was I when last week, in celebration of our birthday, my twin sister was able to assist me on the staging of this loft. She had taken the week off as our mom had driven down from upstate New York to spend time with us. It turned out that I needed her help and when she offered, I jumped on the opportunity. Thanks, Sissy!! Given that this was a semi-occupied home and we needed to move furniture around, I couldn't have done it without you.

Before sharing these pictures, I want to also thank Iran Watson. All of the after photos were taken by Iran. Not only is Iran an excellent photographer, he is also a real estate agent in Marietta, Georgia. Iran - Thanks for all you do!!! You are an absolute gem and I'm so glad that you, me and John have hooked up.

Secondary Bedroom Before:
Secondary Bedroom - After we got our hands on it. FYI - we found the screen inside the closet and used that to add more detail.

Bathroom After Picture - Notice how SMART Iran is? By opening up the door, we get a beautiful glimpse of the secondary bedroom. Brilliant!

WOW oh WOW.....that's amazing! Completely different vibe now....nice having sisters (most of the time!)!! Yes....let's see the twin!
Kathy -- you and your twin sis did a fantastic job -- how lucky that you could do this project together. The "before" looked like a typical bachelor pad .. and the "after" is sure to draw a buyer very soon. Good use of the textured screen in the guest bedroom! (Great photos too by Iran)
Fantastic job Kathy, Doesn't look like you painted anywhere but changed the look of the place by arrangements and and additinal accessories. This is definately a "before & after" feature if you ask me!

Honestly I was a little worried about this one the first time we saw it... Needless to say, I'm feeling a lot better about it now. It's been on the market one day and already getting showings, that's results! Thanks again for the help on this one.
What a dramatic difference in the main living space. You have opened it up and let buyers see exactly how they can live there. Before it was so sad looking. Good luck on selling this one quickly!

Kathy...I had to keep going back and forth on the living room photos. Why on Earth did they have that seating arrangement shoved into the corner like that?! Let me guess...that's where the TV cable outlet was? Arrrgh. You definitely sprinkled some 'fairy dust' on this one!!! Three cheers.
