Atlanta Home Staging Consultation - Come See What the Homeowner Did!
As a home stager in Atlanta, I've been known to stage my fair share of vacant properties. In many ways, the staging of a vacant home is like having a blank canvas. In other words, we have free rein. Some may even argue that the staging of an occupied home is tons harder. I will admit that they can be a tad bit more challenging. But nonetheless, the results can be thrilling.
Here's a recent example of a home seller, that had sought our advice on how to showcase her home.

Here's how the home appears now:

After photo taken by Iran Watson - my favorite photographer in Atlanta, Georgia.
Having provided the homeowner with a verbal consultation and having checked back in with her (with a visit to the home), I was extremely pleased to see that she had taken great notes and applied the advice I had given. I'm so proud of her!!

Kathy, that had to be so gratifying for you. It's so incredible when the light goes on and a homeowner gets it. What a difference!
The room looks more "grounded" and relates the other traditional elements. Good for them! Julie
Holy mackerel, Kathy...just a few tiny changes created that WOW factor!!!
(I hope I can find a photographer like Iran here in Buffalo...he does great work, as well!)
Have a great holiday!
Kathie
A significant improvement, for sure! Even small details (like lowering that piece of artwork a few inches) make all the difference when it comes to creating a room that looks professionally done!
I too think that an occupied home can be more challenging.....and in this case VERY rewarding. Isn't it GREAT that she listened and applied your wise advice!! What seem like small changes.....make a HUGH difference!!
This homeowner was taught by the Master -- and she did a great job! The oriental rug and the art above the sofa gave this room new energy to focus on. The symmetry of the room is so much more balanced now.
Kathy- I love what the rug did and the table between the two windows. The "Before" was nice, the "After" is wow!
Kathy - If only all sellers would look at these photos; you just can't say it's not worth the effort.
Looks great Kathy!
Hi Kathy, what a difference, love how the rug and art transformed this room. Great advice.
Great job and I did notice that the art work between the windows was hung lower in the after photo...good choice of colors...
It looks great & as always, your photography captures the essences perfectly.
