Home Staging - A License For Creativity & Beauty

For me, staging is an opportunity to get as creative as I can and to make the space I'm working with as beautiful as possible.  Truly, the opportunities are endless as each home is like a blank canvas.

As mentioned in my blog 5 same bedroom suites, 5 different looks, each home is unique and has its' very own style.  Some homes are large while others are small; some have a separate dining room while others do not.  The list of things that are unique goes on and on.  In summary, these differences allow for creativity.

I welcome the opportunity with each of my staging projects as I can't think of another outlet that's more rewarding than making a home look beautiful.

Here are 6 examples of dining rooms (same table, some round, some rectangle):

Kathy, once again a superb job.  My favorite is the third picture with the sage walls.  I love how you angled the chairs with the round table so they are not lined up with the four walls.  Thanks for sharing.  Let's see bathrooms next please.  Betty

Thanks, Janice & Cindy.

Betty - the third one was just done this past week.  It too was one of my favorites.  Although, it's close with picture #5 that Kathleen likes.  I'll try and find 5 bathroom pictures and post those.

Calie - Thank you.  Some of these pictures were taken by a professional photographer that I use.  As for what's next... I'm staging two vacant homes this week and will post some of the rooms when I'm done.

Kathleen - Thanks for the 5!  Picture 5 is from a house in Hapeville that I had staged.  It's an investment property that turned out super cute!  Thanks again.

Thanks, Donna.  And you're right - clean and simple as it's a look that I think further compliments the home.

I love the different accessories for each table. That's the fun part of our job, choosing just the right look for the house. I also like how eventho the table is round you place the chairs that make it appear to be on an angle.
