How To Create a Google Doc Form
Last night, I had created a form for my Atlanta Home Staging company, Georgia Interior Solutions. You can see that form by clicking here. I honestly could not believe how easy it was to create.
So without further ado, here are the instructions: Note - if you have any questions, please feel free to email me at Kathy@homestagingatlanta.com.

For the step below - when you click on "create new", the drop down menu (which appears in the picture below) will pop up.

Before we head into the the next steps, here's a quick review of the top line in the form template itself:

With all that behind us, let's start creating the actual form:

I've been using Google Docs since it was called Writely, but I haven't really played with the form creation more than once or twice. I'll have to go back in and give it another try. Thanks for the easy to follow tutorial.

There are a variety of ways in which you could use this form:
