Why I LOVE what I DO - Home Staging in Atlanta
As a little girl, I always envisioned doing something I loved for a living. Having grown up in Miami right next to the Orange Bowl, we were huge football fans. I would sit for days thinking how lucky those football players were as they were doing something they loved and getting paid for it. Lucky ducks, is how I described them. I was 7 then, so... yes, I used the term "lucky ducks" (smile).
Well, years later, and with nearly 5 years of helping home owners sell their homes quickly thru home staging, I can honestly say I'm doing something I love. Having the ability to turn a blank canvas into something more appealing for the buyers is rewarding.
Here are pictures of one of our latest home stagings. This one was done for an Atlanta investor.

Great story Kathy. I too love what I do. It makes me feel guilty sometimes, like I need to 'get a job'. But then I remember, I do have a job and I'm doing it!
What makes me realize I'm happy in Staging is that what I do WORKS, and clients can feel my passion. Great photos, Kathy! Julie
Beautifully done Kathy. I wish I could get some of my sellers to hire someone! It's like pulling teeth.
Makes me want to curl up on the sofa and have a cup of tea, stay all night-I want to buy it!! SOLD!!!!
Kathy, You do make the coldest places come to life ;). Well done!
Kathy ~ it's immediately apparent when we look at your stagings that you truly love what you do! This place looks very inviting, and your photos are fabulous, as usual. (P.S. I used to say 'Lucky Ducks' too a long time ago LOL)
Another gorgeous staging. Great job Kathy!
I always love looking at your work......beautiful!!

Isn't it rewarding to do something you really really like to do. Me too!!
GREAT photos as usual of wonderful staging!!
Kathy - Your passion for staging shows in your work - it's always beautiful and you can tell that great thought has been put into your work, right down to the smallest detail. Love that last close up photo, too!
Kathy,
Super Staging... I love the furniture you used. Yes, it really shows how much you love your work! I always look forward to seeing it.
Thanks, everyone, for your very kind words regarding the staging and the photography!
Kathy
Kathy - as always, a beautiful job!
Hi Kathy, congratulations to 5 years in business!
Gorgeous job and beautiful photo's! I agree, we are so fortunate to be doing what we love to do for a living, wouldn't trade it for anything. I have been doing retail display for 20 years and staging for 3, the same concepts and still loving my job.
Quack quack! We are such lucky ducks!! Sometimes I want to pinch myself!! :D
Great staging! Happy quacking!!
Kathy, it is very clear when looking at your pictures that you absolutely love what you are doing. I also found my passion and love what I am doing when staging homes. Mostly I enjoy that I am making a difference in home sellers lives so they can move on with their lives faster and more money in their pockets.
Looks great Kathy! I love the photo with the black dining table in the foreground, excellent composition there.
Not a day goes by...well ok , maybe one or two, that I don't feel so completely blessed to be able to do something I love and help people at the same time...and have fun!! Staging is a lot of hard work but it is more rewarding than I would have ever dreamed before I began this journey.
Your work always looks perfect which shows just how much you care about every detail and how ultra talented you are...Keep up the great work and keep loving it you "Lucky Duck!"
Thanks so much for your very nice comments. We have two more this week to stage so... stay tuned.
Kathy
