Marietta Georgia Home Staging - Before and After Pictures
Here's a recent home staging in Marietta, Georgia. The homeowners were an absolute joy to work with and did so much in preparation for putting the house on the market (i.e., new carpet, freshly painted walls, etc).
Here's the living room before staging. Because the carpet was recently laid, I wanted everything perfect. Hence the vacuum.
Here's the living room after we staged it. NOTE: After Photos were taken by Iran Watson - Atlanta's Preferred Real Estate Photographer. Iran is an incredible photographer and I'm extremely fortunate to have had him shoot this home.

It looks like such a happy place to be! Like everyone else, I love those red chairs!
Emotion is such a big part of selling a home, and the comments about the bathroom, living room, and dining room tell the story! I'd love to live there myself!

Love the blue and white bathroom Kathy. It just seems so light and airy, a place you would be happy to wake up to in the morning. Great before and after shots, your photographer is a real gem. That is the one thing I made happen this year. Found a great HD Panoramic phototgrapher and an HD steady cam videographer. Makes all the difference in the mood and feel of the photographs. Great staging work as always.

As usual, I am in awe of your work! But,... I have to say,.... this living room,.... WOW! I love the way you pulled that red through out the room and onto the dinningroom table and even the sitting room off to the right. It gives off such a warm inviting flow.
P.S. I love the vacuum and the drill in the photo's! I can just here you, oh shute, I have got to get the before photo's before I go any further!
