I had the good fortune yesterday to work with a couple of great guys who literally gave me free rein to take their vacant investment property and turn it into a home. The home is large with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths as well as a finished basement.
With so many bedrooms and with so many professionals now working out of their homes, I thought it best to show potential buyers, through home staging, how to use one of the bedrooms as an office.
Here's the "before" picture:
Now here's the "after" picture:
This home was professionally stagd in Sandy Springs, Georgia by Georgia Interior Solutions, LLC. We've had the great pleasure of helping many homeowners with getting their homes sold more quickly.

It looks great! Home office is a great idea and very in right now since there is a significant increase of people who work from home.
Cheers,
Cindy
Very nice, Kathy! I like that desk too, it looks like it's just the right size. Will you share where you got it (or is it a rental)?
Karen - Thank you!! The furniture was leased.
Cindy - You're SO Right! I had explained that to the homeowners and they too agreed to have me transform it to a home office. I'm so glad as it turned out really nice. Thanks for your comments.
Joan - Yes, I did the main level (which included, kitchen, kitchen eat-in, family room, formal LR, office and bathroom. They loved the results.
Kathy - the size of the desk/chair was perfect for the room! Thanks for your kind words.

I would love to be able to work in that office. Beautiful job!
Very nice! I often advise sellers to show one bedroom as an office when they don't have one elsewhere. Your picture is fabulous!

Me too, Jo. FYI - I made the arrangement. In fact the container it sits in have also been used in kitchens without a floral arrangement.
Thanks, Kim.
