Can you see it? It's the little space in the far right hand corner. Okay, it's difficult to see. It's equally as difficult for prospective buyers to envision how they'd use that space. In fact, when I first visited the home, I thought for sure the space was too small for almost anything.
Now here's the "after" picture:
Now can you envision this space as a home office?
Through the power of home staging, not only does it look more appealing, prospective buyers have been given a visual solution on how to utilize this space.

Hi, Kathy!
I love what you did with that small space. Too bad you're in GA. Thanks for sharing. : )
Very nice Before and After!
I would save this one.
Thanks, Joanna.
Yolanda - I'm sure we could find you one right off of Active Rain! (smile)
Susan - The space to the left (not in picture) is an exact duplicate of this space. So, to answer your question, I would place the same size piece used for the desk and place those items there.
Thanks, Lori Kim and Michael.
Thanks Yvonne. The more challenging the space, the more creative we need to get!
Jackson - Thank you!
Kathy
After your staging, now I can!!
Cheers,
Cindy
Hi, Cindy! Glad you can see it "after" staging (smile).
Thanks, Sam.
Jo - The homeowner was amazed as was the Realtor. Thanks for commenting.
Thanks Sue! I know I would, especially with that view.
Teresa - How kind of you to say. Thank you!
Joelle - It took some creative thinking, let me tell you. But... I loved how it looks and loved the fact that the size desk was perfect.
Kathy
Excellent job as always, glad you cleaned the window, what a difference THAT made as well.

Kathy - Very, Very nice! Don't you just love it when you get to 'transform' a little space like that, that no one else has seen the possibilities in ?
