Is Your Home Capturing the Buyers Off the Internet?
If your home is on the market, one of the most important things you can do is to ensure your home stands out on the Internet. Why? Because home buyers are using the Internet to create the list of homes they want to see in person. The better the photo, the more traffic you'll have.
In the case of this home (see before picture below), the room appears dark and dreary and the window treatments are actually a detriment. Should that have been the photo used, it's likely buyers wouldn't be inclined to want to see it in person.

Kathy - Stunning! Glad to see the dark, dreary drapes deep-sixed! This living room just went from Dungeon to Divine! I love the small touches, like the horse statue on the coffee table. Details like this grab the buyer's attention and make the house memorable.
For the record, I just showed up and snapped a few pictures. That beautiful glow and richness you see everywhere is just what was left over of Kathy's awesomeness after she left... True story.

Love the staging!!!! And I love the photography! These draperies definitly had to go. These online photos are the first impression of a property. If the photos are not appealing to the buyers, they will not get the necessary traffic into the house to ensure a fast sale. Kathy, I suggest you make this a favorite in this AR group.
