Here's the "before" picture of the home I had the great fortune of staging today. As you'll see, the home was still under construction at the time I took these photos.
The quality of workmanship is outstanding. However, despite the fine work and attention to detail, the house well.... looks like a house.
Here's the "after" picture. As you can see, the difference is night and day. As a buyer I'd be apt to linger longer and in doing so would take in all the wonderful feature the home has to offer.
Our extensive portfolio demonstrates our attention to detail. We have what it takes to separate your home from the others on the market with our huge inventory. We ease the stress of preparing your home and have made the process EASY & AFFORDABLE. To see more examples of our work, visit our web site at HomeStagingAtlanta.com. Excellent demonstration of the benefits of staging. More times than not, the payback from proper staging far exceeds the initial cost.
Good post.
Thanks, Fred. The open house is Tuesday and am anxious to see how it goes.
Vicky - the contractors actually fixed/painted the fireplace. I did place the accessories, etc... to draw your eye to the feature. Thanks for your kind words.
Terry - I too wished you had a good furniture rental source in your area. I'm sure you're finding the best deals possible. I can't wait to see your finished results.
Yvonne - as you know, I love looking at before and after pictures and love sharing. Thanks for your sweet comment.
Fernando - The picture is one angle but I took several more that show the fireplace much better than this one. Also - I had the table in 3 different ways before settling on this one. The room is fairly large and when you enter from the front door, it really showcases that room. Thanks for your kind words.
Thanks, Jo.

OMGosh... Karen, that is hilarous!
Thank you, Leslie and Michelle! What a sweet compliment from two seasoned veterans.

Sheron - I too have always wanted a fireplace in the dining room. I wouldn't mind one in my master bedroom either! Thanks for your kind words.
