Inventory Home Staging - Completed Project

It's been an active October and I couldn't be more pleased.

I had the good fortune of assisting a builder here in Atlanta with two of their inventory homes in one of the Silver Creek Communities.  As it turns out, these newly built homes are less than 4 miles away from my home.

With the homes being so close, I've been able to stop in to see how the homes are showing.  I actually had the good fortune, when taking these pictures, to meet a couple that were touring the home.  According to the agent, they've been back three more times since then.  Sounds like an offer might be on the way..... (smile).

You did such a nice job with those houses...no surprise, of course...  Your staged inventory homes will certainly help move those properties.  That model was out of this world nice, but we know MOST people don't live like that...the staged homes are much more realistic.
