As promised, here are a few of the pictures of a home I staged back on January 18th. This is the home that received an offer before it was even listed in MLS. Oh - the offer? It was for the full asking price.
Here's the family room before staging:
Now here's the after picture (Note: Photo taken by a professional photographer).

Here's a picture of the kitchen. I don't have the same angle so am not including the before picture.

Dining room before staging: Notice the black molding? And yes, it does match the lamp shades but... isn't quite the look that most home buyers would find appealing
Dining room "after" staging:
And here's a unique photo of the master bathroom. I love the simplicity of this shot.

Kathy,
I am with Yvonne on this, I too am running out of words. I am gonna have to go with stellar! I especially love the last photo. It is a great vignette shot I have been meaning to take a few photos like this for my website but always forget and am usually in a rush when taking my after photos.
Hi Kathy-
The gold tones soften & compliment the wood paneling so nicely! A great design & thanks for sharingj!
Kathy
Very beautiful work... the bathroom is my very favorite shot - just gorgeous. Congrats on the sale before the listing too.
Thanks everyone!
Isabel - this particular photographer did a superb job. I need to shadow him for about a month and learn how to take great shots like he does.
Kathy

GREAT JOB Kathy N! I recognize that furniture! : ) You did a super job! I am a HUGE fan of the cookbook holder in the Kitchen! It is one of the items which I feel makes a difference for the buyer who bonds with the kitchen! The bathroom photo angle is cool--I want to try it! Nice! Regards-Kathleen G
