I used to work for a company based in Roswell, GA and spent a lot of time driving up GA 400 from Hartsfield Airport. There's so much construction going on in your neck of the woods, I would imagine there would be lots of builders for you to get connected with.
You'll find that everyone here is supportive and willing to share their ideas. There is a ton of info here!

Thanks all for the warm wishes. I've already found this place addicting (smile).
As for the new construction, you're right, Veronica. Even just within a 3 mile radius of my home, there's more than a dozen new developments. I hope to get acquainted with the builders having decorated three models.

You will, no doubt, find that the AR group is a wonderful warm. open, and creative group. I am very familiar with you neck of the woods as I used to do about 8 weeks of works per year in Dahlonega. I still have a retreat in North Carolina and so past through Hot Lanta at least 3 or 4 times every summer. Glad you are on board.
