You ready?
Here are two pictures side by side (I wanted to make this a little easier to look at so placed them side by side). Yes, the quality of the picture is different so... that's not one of the things that's changed.
Good luck!
UPDATE: Congratulations to Karen Dempsky for having correctly guessed that these are two different homes.
The one on the left, featured in the blog Buyers Are Getting Ready... went under contract after staging in 6 weeks. With the closing happening on the 30th, the builder wanted the 2nd home (located right next door) staged. We made the move today.
And yes, the prize is a Venti Mocha Frappuccino (or whatever you'd like), Karen.
Thanks everyone for playing.

The vase with flowers on the mantle is on the right now, and both of the pictures are leaning on the mantel instead of hanging on the wall. The brown pillow is now sitting behind the patterned pillow. It looks like the tree was moved over a bit but then again it could be the angle of the photo.
Your first photos has the pictures hung, the second has the pictures resting on the mantle.
And the vase was moved.
Looks super sharp! Good job!
Oh I love these puzzles, K here I go...
1-The pictures over the fire place
2- The vase is on the other side of the mantel
3-On the bottom shelf of the book case, (its hard to see in the first shot) but its either moved to the center, or the item is changed.
4-The pillows on the sofa
5-a table added to beside the chair( unless i cant see it in shot number 1)
6- The tray on the ottoman is centered...(?)
FUN!
Heather
Patty & Scott - Those are a few of the suddle changes made. But... you haven't nailed the big one yet.
Thanks, Lynn.
Jason - Yes, that's correct. However, the one on the left is as well.
Angela - That's correct. As mentioned above, there's one big one that no one has guessed yet.
Karen - Keep quessing.
Heather - the items on the ottoman is in the same location. Your guesses are really good though.
There's ONE HUGE change that no one has guessed yet. I'm going to give it until tomorrow.
Good Luck and keep guessing.
Kathy
The ceiling fan is gone. It is difficult to tell what, if anything, you replaced it with!
As always, you do fabulous work!
Thanks, Judy. The ceiling fan is in both pictures. The one on the left is hard to see.
Lora - the couch is slightly moved back but... that's still not it.
Maureen - Nope, that's not the big one!
I'm going to edit my post and include a hint. Keep checking back.
Kathy
Okay, I couldn't even get to the hint as Karen posted with the correct answer at the same time!
So, Ding Ding Ding..... we have a WINNER!
And, Maureen.... you crack me up.
Kathy
Whoo Hoo! And to think I tossed and turned all night long wondering if I was right! I should have given this a check back last night before retiring!
I think Maureen H. should get the Starbucks for the "most creative" answers! Just gotta love that girl!
