I honestly don't know who's more excited; me, the sales manager, the builder or the owner of the development. The week after I had staged the home, I received a call stating that the model had sold as had 3 others. Another week later they had 5 additional homes under contract. Suffice it to say that we're all extremely happy!
Here are a few afters. I'm still awaiting the pictures from the professional photographer and will replace these pictures with those shots.
In the photo below, the love-seat needs to be re-angled. The cleaners had come in to re-do the floors and moved it. The TV, by the way, is from Props by IDM. It weighs less than 2 lbs and was perfect for the home.
