I'm often asked by prospective clients the length of time that it takes to stage a home once we physically arrive. And while I can't answer for other home stagers, the answer is almost always 1 day.
I had the pleasure of home staging this home in Atlanta yesterday (yes, in one day) and received the following email back from the homeowner after he viewed the home:
Kathy - I must say, you have impressive vision and taste. Nice job. The house looks incredible. I'll get my yard guy over there to finish it off!! I'll be in touch. Looking like that, this baby is going to sell!!
It warms my heart to receive such a kind email.
Here are a few of the before and after pictures:
The Before picture was taken at a different angle so I have not included it.

A beautiful job, Kathy. I love the angle at chair level for the family room picture which gives a fresh perspective.
Kathy- this looks amazing! In one day! Im tired just by looking at all the work you put into it!
Great work Kathy -- you mastered a lot of doors in that first room! I second Gina's Bravo

Thanks, Gina!
Holy Moly, Abby. Thank you!
Michelle - you made me laugh. And Lord knows I needed a laugh!
Kathy - Arm me with a camera and I'm on my knees. Hey - that would make a great blog title (smile).
Marci - Yes, one day! It was a piece of cake. Okay, just kidding about that part. The key was hidden for us as the painter, who came the day before did an excellent job of hiding it. It took 2 hours to gain entry. Oh well.
Karen - Doors, doors, everywhere are doors. You're right. This home has more than it's fair share.
Thanks, Fernando!
