Thats what staging is all about. Why don't realtors and homeowners get that part? I just got a call from a woman I did a consultation only for. She is so thrilled with the ideas I threw out to her, which she has implemented. She said I was right, even though during the evaluation she thought I was not. She is one of the smart home sellers. She took advantage of the eye of a stager and transformed her house to sell. Your transformation is great!

I am currently working with an investor and we are both very very excited about the plan we have come up with. I cannot wait to get it done and see what happens. He's great and the project is already alot of fun and we are 3 weeks from furnishing the house. I hope it turns out as well as yours.
