Here's mine. This set of before and after pictures is perhaps one of my all time favorites!
I had been contacted by the Realtor for a new sub division located near Camp Creek here in Atlanta. The builder was just starting to build the town homes and knew with all the certainty in the world of the impact of having a model home available for the prospective buyers to view. In fact, so convinced, he had me do two different floor plans (hence, two model homes).
Here's the before picture. (Yes, that's the agent that called me in while it was still under construction)

Debbie - I just went over to see your post. Thank you for the mention. I have likely thrown everyone a curve ball when it comes to my recent upgrade to the Nikon D90. The only (and I do mean ONLY) reason for the upgrade is that the D90 has video. And... in 2009 I'd like to create videos that I can add to my web site as well as to my blogs.
